About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive React Native Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development. You will be responsible for building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms using React Native. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently manage tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development lifecycle from concept to delivery all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code using React Native
Build cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS
Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and native modules as needed
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
Ensure code quality through unit testing, debugging, and code reviews
Maintain documentation and manage version control using Git
Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs efficiently
Stay up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and development best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in React Native development
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux/MobX
Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services
Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio
Experience with mobile app deployment on the App Store and Google Play
Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices
Familiarity with Git, Jira, and agile workflows
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have (Optional)

Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or TypeScript
Knowledge of native mobile languages (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java)
Experience working in a remote team environment
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for mobile
